Loraine Terrell’s “Uninhabited” documents an alternate roadmap of New Jersey, situated in the most densely populated region in the United States. “Having grown up in South Jersey, I’ve internalised this landscape.” Terrell writes, “Despite all the people, industry and miles of roads, New Jersey is still a place where nature weaves through with networks of rivers, streams, and the improbable Pine Barrens.”
This is the capstone exhibition for Loraine Terrell, marking the completion of her study in our Contemporary Practices Photography Certificate program.
