On Friday, October 18th, PPAC and the entire city celebrated Philly Photo Day 2013, a FREE city wide event!
Everyone in the city was invited to take a photograph anywhere in Philadelphia and submit it to be included in a vast exhibition to create an immense portrait of Philadelphia.

As a part of the exhibition, PPAC will produced as many as 60 works of public art! Teaching artists collaborated with community center participants to design 20 of the city’s first digitally produced photo murals in conjunction the city’s Mural Arts Program. An additional 40 images were  selected and placed on billboards.
